Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas as per hotel SOPs and brand standards.
- Replace linens, towels, guest supplies, and room amenities.
- Ensure all rooms are maintained in a neat, hygienic, and presentable condition.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow daily room assignment sheets and complete tasks within the required time.
- Maintain proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering departments whenever required.
- Attend departmental briefings and training sessions regularly.
- Follow grooming and attendance standards as per hotel policy.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning methods.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
- Positive guest service approach.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass or Hotel Management background preferred.
Experience
- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in Housekeeping operations in hotels.
