Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Operations
- Supervise daily cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and released on time as per operational requirements.
- Conduct room inspections to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ensure housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities are adequately stocked.
- Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates and guest requests.
- Handle special cleaning tasks and VIP room preparations.
Team Supervision
- Allocate daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping associates.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
- Monitor grooming, attendance, and discipline of team members.
- Train and guide associates on cleaning procedures and brand standards.
- Support new team members during orientation and training.
Guest Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints.
- Ensure guest privacy and security are maintained at all times.
- Deliver a positive guest experience through cleanliness and service quality.
Inventory & Maintenance
- Monitor usage of cleaning chemicals, linen, and guest supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow hotel health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and brand standards.
- Promote safe working practices within the department.
- Handle lost and found procedures according to hotel policy.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
