As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Your attention to detail helps create a consistently fresh and welcoming environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing prompt, attentive, and professional service when responding to guest requests.

• Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms in line with brand standards, including check-out cleans, turndown service, and deep cleaning of rooms.

• Ensuring all rooms are presented, with a strong focus on detail, and luxury finishing touches. 

• Report maintenance issues accurately and promptly. 

• Collaborating effectively with the wider Housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery. 

• Demonstrating pride in your work by consistently upholding brand standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Base rate $27.48 + penalties + loading

To be successful in this part-time role, you will have:

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to perform the physical aspects of the role, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving housekeeping equipment.
• Strong time management and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury environment.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel setting is desirable.
• Committed to maintaining high safety standards and following operational procedures.
