Bachelor's degree or above, strong English proficiency, relevant work experience in the same position, with a preference for majors such as human resource management, hotel management, education, etc;

Over 3 years of hotel training or relevant work experience, familiar with hotel operations and service processes;
3年以上酒店培训或相关工作经验，熟悉酒店运营及服务流程；

Possess excellent course design and teaching abilities, and be capable of independently conducting training needs analysis and developing training programs;
具备优秀的课程设计与授课能力，能独立完成培训需求分析与方案制定；

Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with various departments;
良好的沟通与协调能力，能够与各部门有效合作；

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure;
责任心强，具备较强的抗压能力；

Proficient in using Office software and training management related systems.
