1. 负责全日餐厅厨房拉面面点出品，确保出品质量、口味一致性及出餐时效；
2. 参与菜单研发与季节性菜品更新，结合本地食材与国际烹饪技法优化菜品结构；
3. 负责所辖岗位员工排班、技能培训、操作指导与绩效反馈，落实食品安全与卫生标准（含HACCP及本地监管要求）；
4. 严格执行成本管控措施，监督食材验收、储存、领用及损耗管理，确保厨房运营符合预算目标；
5. 配合餐饮部完成客诉处理、内部稽核及跨部门协作任务，持续提升顾客用餐体验。
1. 精通面点的完整烹饪体系，具备独立研发及标准化落地能力；
2. 熟悉《食品安全法》《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》及相关劳动法律法规，具备食品安全管理员资质者优先；
3. 具备良好的团队领导力、跨文化沟通能力及抗压能力，能适应轮班与节假日工作安排；
4. 普通话流利，具备基础英语听说读写能力，可准确理解英文菜谱及设备操作说明。
