【岗位职责】
1、每日做好班前准备工作，按工作程序，开启、操作、关闭设备；
2、按工作程序及标准做好客衣、工服和棉织品的洗涤和烘干工作；
3、严格按洗涤标准，加放洗涤原料，确保洗涤物品的质量；
4、掌握水洗机、烘干机的性能，使用和保养方法，定期做好设备的维护和每日清洁工作；
5、监督洗衣设备操作流程，定期检查维护设备运行状态；
6、严格把控洗涤质量，确保布草清洁度、平整度符合酒店标准；
7、管理洗涤用品库存，控制物料消耗成本；
8、制定并执行卫生消毒标准，保持洗衣房环境整洁；
9、处理突发设备故障及洗涤质量问题。
【岗位要求】
1、具有客衣/水洗相关工作经验；
2、能识别不同客衣的种类， 以及熟悉洗衣所用的化学试剂；
3、具有较好的沟通能力和对客服务意识。
