2、跟进客户咨询、预订及合同签订流程。
3、收集市场动态及竞争对手信息，协助制定销售策略与促销方案。
4、积极主动且负责地跟进新销售线索，以提升客户体验。
5、发挥创造力，为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献。
6、积极地传播产品信息，在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度。
1、具备良好的沟通能力、谈判技巧及客户服务意识。
2、具备团队合作精神，能主动配合销售团队完成目标。
3、具备良好的中英文读写能力。
4、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售。
5、掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识。
6、熟悉基本办公软件操作（Word、Excel、PPT）。
