• Conduct daily operations for CHAR Bar & Grill, and oversee its guest experience, employee satisfaction and financial returns.
• 负责恰餐厅及酒吧的日常营运，并整体负责恰餐厅及酒吧 的宾客体验，员工满意度以及财务回报。
• Be familiar with market trends to boost revenue and profit of Café and CHAR Bar & Grill, and elevate guests’ dining experience.
• 了解并熟悉市场，以提高咖啡厅和恰餐厅及酒吧的收入及利润，提升客人用餐体验。
• Manage the update and training of western‑service SOPs for the Food & Beverage department.
• 负责餐饮部西餐服务SOP的更新及培训。
• Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in developing and implementing food‑and‑beverage promotions for western cuisine.
• 负责协助餐饮总监制定并执行餐饮促销（西餐部分）。
• Oversee the implementation of standards specified in the department’s standards and procedures manual.
• 监督实施部门各项标准和程序手册 。
• Conduct effective shift briefings to ensure all staff are informed of VIPs, special occasions and daily specials; place emphasis on suggestive selling of designated products.
• 开展高效的班前会，确保所有员工知道当日的VIP客人、特殊宴会和每日特荐，鼓励对菜品酒水的促销。
• Encourage and motivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts
• 鼓励和激发员工，使所有员工能达到最佳的服务标准。
• Share recommendations and guest comments to Chef and Food and Beverage Director to reflect current customer profile

• Manage special event concepts

• Anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary

• Liaise with Sales Manager during tender process to obtain new accounts; Food and Beverage specific • 与销售经理紧密联系，争取新的客户，尤其餐饮方面
• Analyses food and beverage statistics through point of sale system
• 通过销售体系，分析餐饮的各项数据。
• Maintain and execute Finance standards and procedures.
