Account Receivable Clerk-Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea (Local Talent)

Duties and Responsibilities  

• Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, receiving, storage, and inventory control.
• Monitor purchasing, receiving, and supplier practices to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Process invoices, vouchers, financial transactions, and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records.
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable balances and prepare invoices, statements, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Handle daily operational issues, attend required training, and perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications 

To execute the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess a minimum of a Diploma/bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or similar qualifications and professional accounting body certification. I have more than one year’s experience in a hotel accounting role.

•  Technical skills include advanced MS Office, Outlook platforms and Materials Control (MC), plus able to operate 10-key calculators and to perform calculations.
•  I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. 
• Fluent in Arabic; I understand that English language is preferred.
