Hiring Salary: 6000 - 7500
1. 全面负责酒店安保，制定并落实安全管理制度、巡逻路线与交接班规范，保障人身、财产及设施安全；
2. 组织日常巡逻、门禁、监控值守与重点区域治安检查，及时发现排除隐患；
3. 处置突发应急事件（纠纷、盗窃、火情等），落实安全联防，及时上报并记录存档；
4. 统筹监控室管理，保障设备正常运行，规范调取录像；管理保安团队排班与培训；
5. 定期检查消防、安防设备运行状态，做好维保台账，确保随时可用；
6. 配合公安、消防等政府部门安全检查，落实整改；按指示为重要客人提供护卫；
7. 夜间协助前厅/客房处理住客安全需求，维护酒店正常经营秩序。
1. 大专及以上学历，安全保卫、消防或相关专业优先；
2. 2–3 年以上酒店保安管理工作经验，国际联号工作经历优先；
3. 熟悉消防救生系统与当地公安、消防等政府机构的规章制度；
4. 持消防中级（构建筑物消防员）证书者优先，具备突发事件应急预案制定与演练能力；
5. 品行端正、抗压能力强，具备基础外语（英语良好）水平与写作能力；
6. 能适应弹性值班，指挥重大活动及 VIP 接待的现场安保工作。
