1.统筹线上渠道的整体策略,覆盖官网、OTA及社交媒体平台；
2.策划并推进品牌推广项目，提升市场认知度与预订转化；
3.追踪行业动态与竞品动向，灵活调整市场策略；
4.管理各平台内容呈现,维护品牌形象的统一性与专业度；
5.分析运营数据，提炼洞察，推动策略优化；
6.协调内外部资源，保障重点项目高效落地；
7.优化直订体验与会员联动机制，提升客户粘性与复购；
8.运用客户数据分析工具，支持精细化运营决策；
9.对接技术服务伙伴,保障系统稳定与功能选代；
10.撰写商业分析报告，向管理层提供清晰的策略建议；
11.拓展优质客源渠道，助力收入持续增长；
12.完成上级交办的其他事项。
.1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、工商管理或相关专业优先；
2. 3 年以上数字渠道管理或电商 / OTA 运营经验，熟悉主流平台（携程、飞猪、美团、Booking、Expedia 等）规则与流量机制；
3. 具备较强的商业分析、数据驱动决策与精准营销能力，熟悉社交媒体与内容营销玩法；
4. 具备优秀的跨部门协调、团队管理与项目推进能力；
5. 具备战略思维与创新意识，能独立制定并落地渠道发展策略；
6. 熟练使用办公软件及数据分析工具，英语良好，国际联号经验优先。
