Housekeeping Attendant​

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to IHG standards and procedures.

• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies.

• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and room discrepancies.

• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and security procedures.

• Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality.

• Support the Housekeeping team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to work flexible shifts and perform physical tasks.
