As our HR Coordinator, you'll ensure our HR processes run smoothly, support our team members through every stage of their journey and help shape a workplace where colleagues feel inspired to grow.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
- Creating programmes to foster a positive work environment for every single employee
- Coordinating end to end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
- Assisting with payroll and general administrative support
- Coordinating training, development and performance review processes
- Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures
What We need from you:
- Relevant academic qualifications
- Previous experience in an HR administration or HR Coordination role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focussed mindset and a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
