Hiring Salary: 6000 - 8000
1. 全面负责洗衣房日常运营，统筹客衣、客房布草、制服的清洗、熨烫、分拣与分发，确保洁净、完好、高效周转；
2. 制定并执行洗衣 SOP、质量标准与安全操作规范，定期维护设备、排查隐患；
3. 控制洗涤剂、水电能耗与布草损耗，优化流程、降低运营成本；
4. 管理洗衣团队排班、技能培训与交接班，监督服务质量与效率；
5. 协同房务、餐饮、康乐等部门做好布草收发、盘点与补给，保障全酒店布草供应稳定；
6. 处理客衣投诉，严格把控洗涤质量，确保宾客满意；
7. 落实消防安全与化学品规范管理，定期提交运营量与成本分析报告。
1. 高中 / 中专及以上学历，酒店管理、纺织工程或相关专业优先；
2. 2 年以上高星级酒店洗衣房主管或同等管理岗位经验，熟悉布草全生命周期管理；
3. 熟悉各类布草材质、洗涤工艺及主流洗涤设备操作与基础维护；
4. 具备成本管控意识、团队管理与跨部门（客房 / 餐饮 / 人力资源）协调能力；
5. 工作细致、责任心强，能适应轮班与筹备期加班；
6. 持有有效健康证明，无色盲色弱，无不良从业记录。
