Spa Therapist - voco Cairo Arabella Plaza

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Delivering professional spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, and other therapies, in line with established standards and guest requirements.
• Welcoming guests, understanding their individual needs, and recommending suitable treatments and products.
• Conducting guest consultations before treatments and ensuring all relevant information and preferences are properly considered.
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation within treatment rooms and all spa areas.
• Ensuring treatment rooms are fully prepared, stocked, and ready before each guest appointment.
• Providing professional advice to guests on spa treatments, products, and aftercare.
• Promoting spa services, treatments, and retail products to enhance the guest experience and support revenue generation.
• Handling guest feedback professionally and promptly, escalating any concerns when required.
• Ensuring all treatments are delivered in accordance with hotel procedures, brand standards, health and safety requirements, and spa operating guidelines.
• Working closely with the Spa team and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintaining accurate treatment records and following all required procedures for guest confidentiality and privacy.
• Supporting the overall daily operation of the Spa as required.

What We need from you

• Ability to build rapport with guests in a multicultural environment and passionate about creating an unforgettable guest experience.
• Previous demonstrated experience in a 5-star hotel as a Spa Therapist, preferably within an upscale or luxury hotel.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to effectively communicate with guests.
