1. 分析酒店整体与各部门培训需求，制定策略并以培训业务计划书呈交总经理与行政委员会；
2. 熟悉洲际酒店集团人力资源与培训规范、品牌文化与员工福祉，确保培训计划有效执行；
3. 监督各部门培训业务计划进展，确保实现培训目标；
4. 建立培训体系、记录与视听资料，协助培训师计划与员工个人发展；
5. 与部门领导共同设计、制定并执行符合具体部门要求的培训，评估课程有效性；
6. 运用洲际基本测量标准（如 GSI 宾客满意指标、预算完成度）监测培训成果并改进；
7. 组织服务标准、品牌文化与技能培训，提升团队专业度与宾客体验。
.1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、酒店管理、教育学或相关专业；
2. 3 年以上酒店培训经验，有国际联号或奢华品牌培训体系经验者优先；
3. 具备从 0 到 1 搭建培训体系、开发课程与组织实施新员工入职 / 在岗培训的能力；
4. 熟悉服务标准、品牌合规与一线岗位 SOP 培训，能独立设计培训评估与改进方案；
5. 具备优秀的表达、引导与跨部门协作能力，掌握基础数据分析；
6. 熟练使用办公软件与培训管理系统，英语良好，能适应轮班与门店支持节奏。
