1. 负责宾客服务中心的日常运营，包括接听宾客来电、处理宾客咨询、投诉及建议，确保提供及时、准确、热情的服务。
2. 协调酒店各部门，为宾客提供预订、入住、退房、等服务，确保宾客需求得到满足。
3. 维护宾客信息数据库，准确记录宾客偏好、特殊需求及反馈意见，为酒店个性化服务提供支持。
4. 监控酒店服务流程，及时发现并上报服务中的问题，协助改进服务质量，提升宾客满意度。
5. 参与宾客服务中心的培训与会议，不断提升服务技能与专业知识，保持对酒店产品及服务的全面了解。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备1年及以上酒店或相关服务行业工作经验，熟悉宾客服务流程及标准。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识和团队协作精神，能够迅速响应并处理宾客需求。
4. 熟练掌握办公软件及酒店管理系统操作，具备基本的数据处理与分析能力。
5. 形象气质佳，普通话标准，具备良好的英语听说能力者优先。
