3. 配合酒店完成残障员工就业的合规性材料整理，确保符合税收优惠政策要求。

2. 具备基本的沟通能力与服务意识，能适应酒店服务行业的工作节奏。

4. 遵守酒店规章制度，服从工作安排与管理。
