1. 负责酒吧日常酒水调制与出品，熟练掌握经典鸡尾酒及创意特调的配方、制作流程与呈现标准；
2. 根据顾客需求提供专业酒水推荐与品饮建议，提升顾客体验与复购率；
3. 严格执行酒水库存管理、物料领用及损耗控制，确保成本合规与操作安全；
4. 参与新品研发、菜单更新及主题活动执行，配合团队完成销售目标与品牌推广任务；
5. 维护吧台区域整洁、设备正常运转及服务动线高效有序，落实食品安全与卫生规范。
1. 具备2年及以上正规餐饮或酒吧从业经验，有连锁品牌、精品酒吧或高客流场所工作经验者优先；
2. 持有国家认可的调酒师职业资格证书（中级及以上）或国际调酒协会（如WSET、BACARDI BAR等）认证者优先；
3. 熟练掌握常见基酒特性、调酒技法（摇和、搅和、兑和、漂浮等）及杯具搭配原则，具备稳定出品能力；
4. 具备良好的服务意识与沟通表达能力，能适应夜间工作节奏及高强度服务场景；
5. 高中及以上学历，食品科学、酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业背景者更佳。
