As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our bustling restaurant. Your main focus will be on providing impeccable service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee smooth daily operations of our upscale dining establishment, maintaining the highest service standards.
• Supervise and train a team of passionate servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses, inspiring them to deliver exceptional service with a smile.
• Assist in creating innovative menus and coordinating regular menu updates to cater to our diverse clientele.
• Foster a positive work environment, coordinating schedules and ensuring efficient teamwork between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our food and beverage offerings, confidently make recommendations to guests, and handle guest inquiries or concerns.

What do we need from you?

• Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktail pairings.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a desire to exceed expectations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
