We are seeking a truly exceptional Bartender to shake up unique concoctions at our luxurious, star-studded hotel. With our breathtaking rooftop bar and stunning views of the city, this is not just another bartending job – it's a chance to take your mixology skills to new heights and craft unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

• Create innovative and original cocktail recipes that push the boundaries of flavor and presentation, ensuring our bar becomes a sought-after destination for both locals and travelers alike.
• Provide impeccable service with a smile, connecting with guests on a personal level, memorizing their preferences, and exceeding their expectations with your intuitive suggestions.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and all necessary tools, ensuring a seamless flow of service and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate closely with our Chef to design a tantalizing selection of bar snacks and small plates that perfectly complement your remarkable libations.
• Continuously stay current with industry trends, attend mixology workshops and seminars, and share your newfound knowledge with the team.

What do we need from you?

• A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in high-end establishments, showcasing your mastery in mixology, knowledge of classic cocktails, and passion for experimentation.
• A personable and outgoing nature, with an innate ability to engage and build lasting relationships with guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring every drink is crafted to perfection and presented impeccably, reflecting your commitment to excellence.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure during peak hours and multitasking with ease.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, as providing top-notch service is our top priority.
