A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Creating our dishes with pride to exceed our diner's expectations
- Taking ownership for your workstation – keeping on top of supplies, equipment and waste
- Being cleaner than clean to meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws
- Offering prep support to the kitchen team
- Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player where we all pitch in
What we need from you:
- Previous chef experience at Commis, Demi or CdP level with a broad cuisine knowledge
- Trade qualification is essential
- Ability to work in a busy kitchen as part of a team who works together with the Food & Beverage team
- The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23kg, which can involve bending and kneeling
- Availability to work varied shifts across 7 days, including nights and public holidays
- Working rights to work in Australia (unfortunately sponsorship is not an option)
