Your Day to Day

In a nutshell, as Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible to assist the Chef De Partie to prepare and make the required food as per the recipe standards, to demonstrate and help to maintain the high level of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests. 

You will ensure that all operational requirements are identified and will be working along with kitchen helpers including commis chefs, cooks, kitchen attendants and stewards. 

In addition, you will communicate to your Sous Chef any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information and will have to attend & participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.

You will be responsible for supervising the production and running of the kitchen in this vibrantly designed lifestyle hotel located in a key location in Dubai. 

You'll report to the Sous Chef, and you’ll play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.

The right fit for this role is someone who has solid hotel background and notable skills & experience in international cuisine, Italian & Mediterranean cuisines. Ideally, you'll have a minimum one year in a similar role.

You should have an energetic and fun personality, be passionate about people and hospitality. 

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
