・Driving the ongoing evolution of digital marketing strategy
・Manage Web content development and digital advertising agencies where appropriate. Manage suppliers to minimize risk and maximize returns.
・Through ongoing ROI analysis of digital marketing activity, determine contribution to key metrics including, but not limited to RGI, RevPAR, Restaurant & Bar revenue, Catering revenue and GOP. Compare against budget and strategy expectations as well as industry benchmarks.
・Ensure that owned and paid digital channels reflect the most influencing content throughout the digital customer journey in order to maximize acquisition, conversion and differentiation.
・EDMs: Write copy in brand tone of voice for EDMs to support prevailing tactics and strategy
・Create microsite landing pages when necessary, to support prevailing tactics and strategy etc etc.,
