3. 协调内部资源，如餐饮、布置、娱乐等，确保宴会活动的顺利进行，提升客户满意度。
4. 参与宴会活动的现场管理，解决突发问题，确保活动按照预定计划执行。
5. 收集市场信息，分析竞争对手动态，为宴会销售策略的调整提供依据。
6. 定期向上级汇报销售业绩、客户反馈及市场动态，为公司的决策提供支持。
1. 大专及以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先。
2. 至少3年宴会销售或相关领域的工作经验，熟悉宴会市场及客户群体。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够有效地与客户及内部团队沟通。
4. 具备较强的组织协调能力和问题解决能力，能够在压力下保持冷静并高效工作。
5. 对宴会行业有浓厚兴趣，愿意不断学习新知识，提升自己的专业能力。
6. 熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PPT等，以及CRM系统等销售管理工具。
