A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, setting the stage for an extraordinary dining experience.
  • Take dining reservations and manage table seating efficiently, ensuring smooth operations during high-demand periods.
  • Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to guests, actively engaging with them to cater to their preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with our talented culinary team to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage service, guaranteeing guest satisfaction.
  • Create a warm and inviting ambiance by ensuring the dining area is clean, well-organized, and properly set up before and after service.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and efficiency when handling guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests, resolving them promptly to maintain a positive and memorable experience.
  • Adapt to various guest demographics and ensure personalized service, anticipating their needs and going the extra mile to exceed their expectations.
  • Play an active role in promoting our F&B outlets, including special events, themed promotions, and local partnerships.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our property's offerings, including room types, amenities, and special packages, in order to effectively promote and upsell to guests.

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with guests on a genuine level.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, allowing you to maintain a smooth flow of service even during busy periods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to ensure guest satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
  • Passionate about food and beverages, with a keen eye for detail to ensure presentation and quality meet the hotel's high standards.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages would be a plus.
