Your day to day

·     Guest Reception:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience in the lobby and on the guest yacht.

·     Guest Yacht Duties:

Act as the primary point of contact for guests aboard the yacht, assisting with inquiries, coordinating special requests, and ensuring comfort.

·     Information and Assistance:

Provide guests with accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and yacht facilities.

·     Coordination with Other Departments:

Work closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure guests' requests and needs are met efficiently, both on the hotel premises and on the yacht.

·     Service Excellence:

Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism at all times, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests in all areas.

·     Problem Resolution:

Handle guest complaints or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and reporting any unresolved matters to the manager.

·     Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all safety protocols and guest security measures are adhered to, especially while onboard the yacht.

·     Yacht-specific Duties:

Facilitate yacht embarkation/disembarkation processes for guests, liaise with the yacht crew, and coordinate luxury services during yacht stays.


What we need from you

Languages Required: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages, such as Arabic, is an advantage.

Years of Experience: Max - 5   /   Min - 1

·       High-Energy – A Glowing Personality

·       Experience in guest relations or hospitality roles, preferably in a luxury environment.
