As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the check-in and check-out process, including verifying guest information, processing payments, and issuing room keys. 
  • Offer outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests.
  • Aid in managing room reservations, including handling booking inquiries, modifying existing reservations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and ensure seamless operations.
  • Support front office administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
  • Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, answer phone calls, and direct them to appropriate personnel or services. 
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree program in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous but not required.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests effectively.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and hotel management software is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to pursuing a career in hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
