As an Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to
作为一位宾客关系主任，你的主要工作职责为：

1. Co-ordinate and supervise all activities for guests
2. Greet Guests upon arrival
3. Assist with translations (information; guest directory; menus etc) as required
4. Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
5. Actively engage in a wide range of professional activities, including fully participating in and performing job functions, understanding expected service behaviors and interdepartmental linkages, using reports to analyze data, identifying trends and recommending forward-looking solutions, and attending assigned online and/or other training courses related to the job.
1、协调和监督对客人开展的所有活动
2、在客人抵店时进行迎接
3、按要求协助翻译（信息、客户名单、菜单等）
4、进行相关计划和协调工作，以确保向客人提供友好和高效的服务
5、积极广泛地涉猎专业领域事务，包括全面参与及履行工作职能，了解期望的服务行为及部门间的联系，利用报告对数据进行分析，把握趋势并推荐具有前瞻性的解决方案，以及参加分配的与该工作相关的在线和/或其他培训课程。

We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：

1. Passionate about the hotel industry, interested in the hotel management career, with a clear career development goal.
2. Fresh college graduates and above, major in hotel management and tourism management is preferred. More than half a year of hotel working experience
3.Good command of English (both spoken and written)
