A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

• Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Manage and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient coverage.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping inventories, ensuring supplies are always available.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality performance.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve operational processes and guest satisfaction.

What do we need from you?

• Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in managing housekeeping schedules, inventories, and budgets.
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead and train a team.
• Eye for detail to ensure our guests receive only the highest quality service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
