Supervisor de Labores Domésticas

A little taste of your day-to-day: 

• Supervising daily operations, plan and assign work and assist with performance and development goals for employees.  
• Assist with the onboarding and training of new housekeeping colleagues.  
• Ensure we have the appropriate tools and equipment to carry out jobs and duties. 
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.  
• Assist with projects such as deep cleaning and/ or assist housekeeping operations during high volume periods. 
• Complete quality inspections alongside the Housekeeping Manager.  
• Inspect public areas, guest rooms/ suites, equipment, linens are clean and in good repair advise team members of areas of improvement.  
• Perform housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, as well as vacuuming and cleaning guest suites to ensure guest satisfaction. 

What We need from you: 

• A general passion for making people happy (you want to make a difference in someone’s day). 
• You are not afraid to greet guests in the corridors and enquire about their day. 
• You are praised for your overall attention to detail and care about your presentation. 
• It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is important. 
• Strength – with occasional lifting of items up to 23 kilograms and or push/pulling heavy objects. 
• You might need to bend and kneel to complete some activities.
