The Field Marketing Manager serves as a strategic and tactical marketing partner for our managed and franchised hotel portfolio. Acting as the primary liaison for on-property marketing teams, this role is responsible for creating and implementing customized annual marketing plans that drive revenue and align with the unique business objectives of each hotel. Key responsibilities include managing hotel marketing budgets, analyzing and presenting performance insights, educating hotel leadership, and conducting regular meetings with on-property marketing teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution.

Your day to day

  • Serve as primary point of contact for on-property Directors of Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing teams with Global Marketing Shared Services and Field Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, agencies, and other market-specific teams
  • Consult and design customized annual strategic and tactical marketing plans for each property focused on driving incremental, profitable revenue and meet the business targets of the individual properties
  • Develop hotel-level performance insights and lead regular meetings with on-property marketing team to report on results

What we need from you

  • 7+ years in relevant experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, channel management, paid media, SEO, social media, PR, etc.
  • Travel and/or Hotel Industry experience preferred 
  • Superior oral and written communications skills including presentation skills, public speaking ability, and group decision facilitation; including the ability to write effective marketing copy, proofread, and follow style guidelines 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to effectively and competently handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to quickly adapt to changes in work objectives and available technologies; ability to drive insights from data analytics

 

Location -  Remote, US

The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $95,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
