Your Day to Day

As a Night Manager, you will assist in supervising the Front Office Team to ensure smooth operations especially during the night shift by delivering seamless and exceptional guest experience in accordance to the hotel standards. You will analyze and drive key guest experience metrics to help improve overall guest satisfaction across the property.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management or related field 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
