A little taste of your day-to-day:

 

Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

• Creating programmes to foster a positive work environment for every single employee

• Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest and employee experience 

• Welcoming and orienting new members of the hotel

• Establishing effective recruitment plans and channels to attract talents

• Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures

• Supporting and administering an annual team member satisfaction survey 
 

What We need from you:

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, hospitality management or the equivalent 

• A minimum of 8 years’ solid work experience in hotel human resources team, with at least 2 years at managerial role 

• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related laws is a must

• Proactive, agile and creative 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage and influence a wide variety of key stakeholders 

• Strong planning and organising skills, multi-tasking abilities and attention to details 

• Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must, speaking and writing; speak any other languages is an advantage
