As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our organization's assets, personnel, and information. You will lead a team of security professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure a secure environment in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to mitigate risks and protect company assets.
- Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective execution of security operations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to address them proactively.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and security personnel deployment.
- Develop and implement incident response plans to effectively respond to security breaches, incidents, or emergencies, minimizing impact and restoring normal operations quickly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, standards, and industry best practices, keeping abreast of changes and updates in security requirements.
What We need from you:
College degree holder or 4 years of security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
