1. 负责日常值班管理，确保店铺运营顺畅，包括但不限于人员调度、工作安排及现场监督。
2. 处理顾客投诉与建议，及时响应并解决顾客问题，提升顾客满意度。
3. 监控店铺安全，包括消防安全、食品安全及员工操作规范，确保无安全隐患。
4. 管理店铺库存，包括进货、存货盘点及损耗控制，确保物资充足且合理利用。
5. 协调与其他部门（如采购、财务、市场）的沟通与合作，确保信息畅通，提升整体运营效率。
6. 定期向上级汇报值班情况，包括销售数据、顾客反馈及运营问题，为决策提供依据。
7. 培训并指导新入职员工，提升团队整体业务能力和服务水平。
1. 本科及以上学历，管理、商业或相关专业优先。
2. 至少2年以上零售或服务业值班经理/主管工作经验，熟悉店铺运营流程。
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能有效处理顾客投诉及团队内部矛盾。
4. 具备较强的责任心和应急处理能力，能在紧急情况下迅速做出决策。
5. 熟悉库存管理、成本控制及财务基础知识，能进行基本的财务分析。
6. 熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、Word）及店铺管理系统，具备数据分析能力。
7. 良好的团队合作精神，能够激励并带领团队达成目标。
8. 身体健康，能适应轮班工作制，包括周末和节假日。
