1. 负责酒店与政府机构、行业协会、媒体及社区等外部利益相关方的日常沟通与关系维护，提升酒店公共形象与社会影响力；
2. 策划并执行公共事务活动，包括政策解读宣贯、行业交流、公益合作、危机舆情协同应对等，支持酒店战略目标落地；
3. 跟踪研判地方政策法规动态，识别对酒店运营可能产生的影响，及时向管理层提供合规建议与应对方案；
4. 统筹管理酒店CSR（企业社会责任）项目，推动可持续发展实践，编制并发布年度ESG相关沟通材料；
5. 协同市场部、人力资源部及运营部门，整合资源开展跨部门公共事务支持工作，确保信息传递一致、响应及时；
6. 根据酒店运营需要，完成总经理安排的其他工作。
1. 本科及以上学历，酒店管理、公共关系、传播学、政治学、法学、工商管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上中高端酒店、国际连锁酒店集团或大型企业公共事务、政府事务、品牌传播或CSR相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉上海地区政府运作机制及文旅、商务、市场监管等相关政策环境，具备独立对接政府部门及处理公共事务议题的能力；
4. 具备优秀的中英文书面与口头表达能力，能熟练撰写新闻稿、政策简报、汇报材料及对外沟通文案（英语可作为工作语言）；
5. 具备较强的跨部门协作意识、项目统筹能力及突发事件应对敏感度，有成功推动政企合作或CSR项目落地经验者优先。
