5. 及时向上级汇报酒店客房内的损坏或故障情况，及时向上级汇报和上交与客人遗失物品。
6. 负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作。
7. 负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和部分房间的清洁工作。
8. 负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作。
9. 负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。
10. 完成易耗品的每期盘点工作。
