1. 全面负责恰餐厅及酒吧的日常运营管理，包括营业统筹、人员排班、服务质量监督与客户体验优化；
2. 制定并执行服务标准与操作流程，确保餐酒服务符合品牌定位与食品安全规范；
3. 主导员工培训与团队建设，提升服务团队的专业素养、协作能力与服务意识；
4. 监控运营成本与营收表现，定期分析销售数据、顾客反馈及服务指标，提出改进方案并推动落地；
5. 处理现场突发状况及客户投诉，维护良好品牌形象与顾客关系；
6. 协同厨房、采购、市场等部门，保障前后场高效协同与整体运营顺畅。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮服务或相关专业优先；
2. 具备1年以上高端餐厅、精品酒吧或星级酒店餐饮服务管理经验，有独立带班或小型门店管理经历者优先；
3. 熟悉中西餐酒服务流程、酒水知识及基础食品安全管理要求；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力与服务导向意识，能以身作则带动团队；
5. 具备基础的数据分析意识和客户服务问题解决能力，熟练使用办公软件；
6. 形象端正，举止得体，具备较强的职业素养与责任心。
