Your day to day
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Reservations Manager, who will oversee marketing-related communication programs, work with advertising agencies, consulting firms, and vendors to maximise advertising investments and ensure ads represent brand identity and raise the awareness and reputation of hotel and the brand locally and internationally. While acting as hotel representative for media related enquiries. Identify improvements to marketing activities and work with other departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and train a team of reservation agents to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Monitor and supervise the reservation process, ensuring accuracy in detail and timely responses to customer inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and seamless guest experiences.
Handle any escalated customer concerns or complaints, providing quick and satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain and update reservation databases and systems, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
What we need from you
For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel reservations department.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with an eye for detail.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation management software.
Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Flexible schedule, including the availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
