Supervisor de barra

Our hotel is seeking a Bar Supervisor to oversee staff, training, hiring, bar promotions, and inventory in Wadi Bar. As a Bar Supervisor, you will manage the budget, conduct marketing, drive sales, ensure high standards and hygiene, motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a bar supervisor or team leader, be ready to work evenings and weekends, have familiarity with POS systems, and be proficient in stock management.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Maintain appropriate staffing level - hiring, maintain disciplinary documentation
• Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are logged investigated and rectified to prevent recurring issues
• Ensures the work area is ready for service with pre- and post-service checks completed
• Engages in guest's interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner
• Supervision and direction of bartenders and bar backs
• Ensure standardization and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
• Monitor and control bar beverage stocks and ensure efficient use of products
• Assist and direct wait staff when necessary
• Encourage teamwork and communication with bartenders and wait staff

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service in supervisory role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
