The Gig

Reporting to the Director of Front Office, the Chief Concierge will lead the Concierge operation at Kimpton Sevn Dubai.

No two days will look the same.

One moment you may be helping a guest discover their new favourite restaurant. The next, you're arranging a last-minute birthday surprise, welcoming a returning guest by name, or introducing a colleague to a new local partner.

Your world will include:

Concierge & Guest Experience

• Lead daily Concierge operations and ensure seamless service
• Build relationships with guests and personalise their experience
• Arrange dining, transportation, entertainment, wellness, shopping, and special experiences
• Recognise VIP, returning, and special-occasion guests
• Own guest requests from start to finish
• Handle service recovery with empathy and creativity

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the Concierge team
• Conduct daily briefings and share local knowledge
• Encourage ownership, confidence, and creative thinking
• Maintain high service standards while allowing personality to shine

Dubai & Partnerships

• Maintain exceptional knowledge of Dubai and the UAE
• Discover new restaurants, experiences, events, and hidden gems
• Build strong relationships with local hospitality and lifestyle partners
• Create a trusted network that benefits our guests

Pre-Opening

• Help build the Concierge operation from the ground up
• Develop SOPs, service standards, and guest experience guidelines
• Build the local partner network and Dubai knowledge database
• Support recruitment, training, and team development
• Participate in mock services and pre-opening readiness

• Passionate hospitality professional with luxury or lifestyle hotel experience
• Experienced in Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office leadership
• Strong knowledge of Dubai and the UAE

What We Need From You

Education

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred

Experience

• 3-4 years of luxury, lifestyle, or upscale hospitality experience
• Previous Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office leadership experience
• Strong VIP and personalised guest service experience
• Excellent Dubai and UAE destination knowledge
• Strong local hospitality and lifestyle network preferred
• Pre-opening and GCC experience are advantages
