与所有内部客户和客人建立和维护良好的客户关系，超越客人的期望；
查看预订，根据客人的要求去准备会议室；
确保和维护对优悦会会员及大使卡客人提供的服务，最大化客人的满意度，给每一位客人留下 积极地印象；
同餐饮部一起确保早餐，下午茶和欢乐时光的出品和服务。
具有酒店行政管理学士学位，酒店管理或相关的大专学历或专业证书。
拥有3年前厅或宾客服务工作经验，包括1年的管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
