Your day to day
This Sales Manager role is responsible for managing all inbound travel specifically focusing on 
establishing a report and acquiring business in the Leisure and Luxury Wholesale segments. The 
candidate is to be the face of International MICE business.

· To actively promote the services and facilities of both hotel to all customers and guests and lead sales to the other IHG Hotels. 

· To attend and actively participate in departmental communication meetings and nominated training sessions and take responsibility for personal development. 

· Performing any additional tasks as delegated by our customers or management to ensure our customers receive ‘Superior and Distinctive Service. 

· To perform any tasks of a reasonable nature as required and requested by the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales.

What we need from you 

· More than 3 years of hotel sales experience in Tokyo (Preferably international sales experience)

· Excellent organizational and planning skills along with flexibility to manage a multitude of working environments and situations.

· Excellent communication skills and able to develop positive working relationships at all levels. 

· Excellent personal presentation and natural flair for sales and customer service. 

· You enjoy the good things in life, and are interested in the International Luxury travel market. 

· Self-starter, capable of handling yourself in a room of strangers to fly the flag for the hotel. 

· Native or Business level Japanese. English Fluency is essential
