Our guests’ safety and comfort always come first. Which is why we’re seeking out a Duty Engineer for Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong to ensure the Hotel equipment is operated in accordance with Kimpton standards and to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.

 

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is differentbut you’ll mostly be:

  • Handling new hotel projects
  • Supervising the Engineering team and contractors to carry our routine maintenance work and in-house operation
  • Managing hotel in-house coordination, fire system and Building Management System
  • Executing the Preventive Maintenance Programme
  • Monitoring the Utilities Consumption and Daily Operation
  • Reporting to the Director of Engineering

 

What we need from you

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in hotel engineering operation 
  • A diploma in building services engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering science or equivalent
  • Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
  • Experience on handling hotel operation and fire services systems
  • Strong technical hands-on skills
  • Overnight shift is required 
  • Good communication and coaching skills
  • Good command in spoken English and Chinese
