Responsible for the reception and management of the Front Office Department of the hotel, familiar with the functions of the Front Office service facilities and in good condition.
1.负责酒店前厅部的接待和管理工作，熟知前厅服务设施的功能，处于完好状态。


Conducted relevant market plan analysis, formulated department work plan, and completed work report.
2.进行有关的市场计划分析制定部门工作计划，完成工作报告。

Achieve the highest room occupancy rate and obtain the best room income.
3.使客房达到最高出租率，获取最佳的客房收入。

Maintain good inter-guest relationship and handle guest complaints independently and effectively.
4.保持良好的客际关系，能独立有效地处理宾客投诉。

Assisted the hotel and higher leaders in dealing with emergencies.
5.协助酒店与更高一级领导处理突发事件。

Possess good financial knowledge, be familiar with relevant credit policies, and master good English proficiency and management skills
6.拥有良好的财务知识，熟悉相关信用政策，掌握良好的英语能力和管理技能

Possess good psychological resilience and maintain a positive attitude throughout work

Excellent training and presentation skills

Possess the ability to establish and develop customer service strategies

At least three years of experience in front office operation and management
4.至少三年以上前厅部运行管理工作经验
