Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, is looking for a service oriented Food & Beverage Attendant to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park has 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

Your day to day

• Deliver exceptional Holiday Inn service standards by providing warm, professional, and personalized experiences to all guests while upholding the brand values.

• Ensure efficient food and beverage operations, including timely service, complete mise en place, coordination with the kitchen team, and adherence to service standards.

• Ensure all beverages are concocted according to standard recipes and maintain beverage cost at the percentage detailed in the budget or as instructed by the Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager. 

• Build strong guest relationships by recognizing VIP and returning guests, addressing requests promptly, and resolving concerns professionally.

• Drive revenue and cost control through active upselling, accurate cash handling, inventory monitoring, stock control, and adherence to beverage cost targets.

• Lead and support team members by ensuring compliance with service procedures, providing guidance, and promoting continuous improvement.

• Maintain compliance with IHG policies, health and safety regulations, emergency procedures, and environmental sustainability practices.

• Report any health or safety hazards, faults, repairs, cleaning needs and accidents to your Supervisor or the Manager on Duty and record on the appropriate Accident Report form immediately following accident.  

• Safeguard hotel assets and information by ensuring proper equipment use, reporting maintenance or safety issues, maintaining confidentiality, and completing all assigned duties and handovers effectively.

What we need from you

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel environment.

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest service practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

• Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
