Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha offers 309 Non-Smoking Rooms in various categories starting from Deluxe, Executive Rooms, comfortable living & working 1-2 Bedroom Suites and the Club Rooms with Club Lounge Access.

Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha is conveniently located between both Dubai Airports with easy access to the Mashreq Metro Station and walking distance to one of Dubai’s landmarks ‘The Mall of the Emirates’. Your day to day

A Chef de Partie runs a specific section in a kitchen, and report to the Sous Chef. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
  • Assisting the Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
  • Assisting with the management  of health and safety
  • Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
  • Managing and training any Commis Chefs
  • Monitoring portion and waste control
  • Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

What we need from you

·        Speciality in Hot Kicthen

·        Certificate in Food production or Culinary Diploma

·         Basic & Intermediate Food Hygiene

·         2 years minimum experience in a similar role
