Ejecutivo de Ventas de Eventos y Conferencias Grupales
·Works with Manager in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
·Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
•Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
•Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
•Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
·Assesses sales and marketing data
·Assists in the evaluation of sales and marketing activities
·Execute advertising/creative briefs in a timely manner
·Monitors local competitors and compare their operation with his/her operation
·Keeps aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in audio visual through trade literature, hotel show and site visits
·Provides direction on and conducts market research
·Implement direction from Director of Sales and Marketing and Regional Managers
