A pivotal role driving GC Owner & Hotel Comms through the development and execution of engagement strategies in support of the corporate overarching agenda.
Core responsibilities include designing engagement strategies, streamlining governance frameworks and delivery processes, and co-creating impactful events with cross-functional stakeholders to foster positive perceptions among internal and external audiences.
Your day to day
• Engagement Strategy Planning: Drawing on the overarching GC Owner & Hotel Comms strategy, develop and refine engagement strategies for owners and hotels. Drive the institutionalization of ways of working and governance mechanisms and identify and utilize the most relevant channels to maximize reach and impact.
• Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate and lead the delivery of communications campaigns to lift awareness, drive engagement and cultivate positive perceptions. Key initiatives include Owner Immersion Program and GM & Owner Summits.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Corporate & Brand Comms and other cross-functional teams to deliver multiple business purposes through engagement. Position Owner & Hotel Comms as a key advocacy touchpoint linking IHG with hotels and owners.
What we need from you
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing comms strategies, preferably in the hospitality, 4A or MNC companies.
• Exceptional event and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and data analytics is essential for tracking the impact
• Leadership, collaboration, and adaptability help navigate the ever-evolving opportunities, along with a deep understanding of comms frameworks and reporting, are vital.
